Last week, in order to gain a deeper understanding of client needs and strengthen strategic partnerships, our factory dispatched a professional technical and service team to Vietnam for a week-long in-depth visit and exchange with key local clients. The purpose of this visit was to conduct on-site inspections of our equipment operation status, listen to client feedback, and provide timely technical support and solutions.
During the visit, our team our team went deep into the customers’production sites, carefully examining the actual operational conditions and performance of the liner inserting machine,the liner inserting &hemming machine and printing machine. They also inspected the printing and output quality of woven bags, engaging in multiple rounds of detailed discussions with operators, maintenance personnel, and management staff.
Both parties comprehensively communicated about equipment efficiency, maintenance practices, process adaptability, and various operational challenges encountered. Our engineering team provided on-site answers to client inquiries and operational guidance, offering professional suggestions on how to further optimize equipment performance to better meet specific production requirements.
