Recently,our technician was dispatched to Brazil to provide equipment installation and commissioning services for local clients, successfully completing all tasks. The machines commissioned primarily included the liner inserting machine,the liner inserting &hemming machine and the the liner inserting &valve making machine.
During the commissioning process, our technician conducted comprehensive and meticulous inspections of the equipment, performed precise parameter calibrations, and carried out systematic functional tests. They quickly identified and resolved several potential issues. Additionally, they proactively provided systematic on-site training for the client’s operational and maintenance personnel, offering detailed explanations on equipment operation procedures, daily maintenance essentials, and troubleshooting methods.
This commissioning work effectively ensured the smooth launch of the client’s production line and was highly appreciated by the clients.
