This month, a delegation from Africa visited our factory for an inspection tour, focusing on our independently developed liner inserting&hemming machine for woven bags. In the production workshop, the delegation observed a detailed demonstration of the machine’s fully automated process, from feeding and cutting to sewing and hemming.
During the visit, the buyers expressed their appreciation for the machine’s high efficiency and stability, showing particular interest in the hemming process. This process uses ultrasonic technology to create flat, strong seals, significantly enhancing the finished woven bags’ hemming performance and aesthetic appeal. After personally testing the quality of the finished products on-site, the delegation highly affirmed the reliability of this technology, concluding that it effectively meets the African market’s demand for high-strength packaging.
This inspection further solidified the intention for cooperation between both parties. Our factory’s advanced production processes and customization capabilities earned the trust of the African clients, laying a solid foundation for subsequent bulk orders and long-term strategic collaboration.
