This week, our factory’s twist & gusset machine was loaded into containers and successfully dispatched to Mexico. The machine in this shipment underwent rigorous quality inspections to ensure it meets the client’s high standards for production efficiency and finished product precision.
The twist & gusset machine is primarily used for folding and forming the edges of woven bag tubing, making it a key machine in the bag-making process. Featuring automated control, the machine delivers uniform edge folding and stable operation, effectively enhancing processing quality in subsequent sewing and printing stages. This export to Mexico will further support local clients in upgrading their packaging production lines.
Prior to shipment, technical personnel conducted comprehensive debugging and packaging to ensure safety and stability during long-distance sea transport. Our factory will subsequently provide remote guidance and technical support to ensure the smooth commissioning of the machine overseas.
