After on-site inspection, technicians found that the abnormal operation of the woven bag cutting&sewing &hemming machine was caused by wear of several individual spare parts, which led to operational malfunctions during production.
At present, the technical team is replacing worn components and conducting overall equipment commissioning. Meanwhile, they are training the client’s operators on daily inspection and maintenance tips for vulnerable parts.
