l .Control the viscosity of the ink while controlling its temperature, and turn on the heating function when the ink temperature drops to make its temperature constant.

2. Heater, temperature setter and viscosity controller are integrated, easy to operate .

3. The heater assembly is pressure-resistant and explosion-proof structure,with multi-point temperature limit insurance, very safe.

4. When the viscosity increases due to the decrease of liquid temperature, the solvent replenishment function will be stopped below the set temperature.

5. The maximum heating temperature is 60°C, plus or minus 0.5°C control error.

6. Liquid temperature control accuracy of plus or minus 0.5°C by PID control.

7. Forced stop of heating when diaphragm pump stops.
